How to Cancel Your Subscription
For Google (Android) Users:
We're sorry to see you go! Follow the steps below to cancel your subscription on Apple or Google devices:
- Open the Google Play Store app.
- Tap your profile icon in the top-right corner.
- Select Payments & Subscriptions, then Subscriptions.
- Find and tap the app subscription you want to cancel.
- Tap Cancel Subscription and follow the prompts.

For Apple (iOS) Users:
- Open the Settings app on your device.
- Tap your Apple ID at the top (your name).
- Select Subscriptions.
- Find and tap the app subscription you want to cancel.
- Tap Cancel Subscription and confirm.

Delete your CertifyIQ account
You can delete your account from the app or by emailing [email protected].
How to delete your account
- In the mobile app, go to Account, then Support
- Select Delete your account
- On the confirmation window, tap Delete account
- Your account and all data related to it will be immediately removed from our databases
- If you wish to use the app again, you must create a new account
Notes on deleting your account
After completing the process above, your account will be immediately deactivated. When you confirm, all data connected to your email address and user identifier will be immediately removed from the system. We will no longer be able to retrieve any historic data you may have stored such as test history, bookmarked questions, or any user feedback provided through the app.
